Nopes IIT is impossible though u r an OBC or SC/ST wahtever with this score IIT is impossible but u can try for NITs Centralised Counselling.I am able to tell this as me too from Instrumentation though i am from General.U can get NIT Agartala or Jalandhar or Patna.Best of Luck.

As per info given by you your chances to NIT or Govt. college is very low. but incase your ward is having SC/ST then some chances are at few colleges.
